Vibrez Invest Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Vibrez Universe Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal data submitted through the Vibrez Invest enquiry page. It is written with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in mind.

Personal Data We Collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected phone country or region, consent confirmation, and submission timestamps. We may also keep limited technical records, such as a hashed browser/IP-derived identifier, to protect the form from spam and abuse. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the lead table.

Why We Use It

We use this information to:

• respond to your investment enquiry;
• send relevant investor materials or arrange a follow-up call;
• keep a record of investor interest and follow-up activity;
• protect the site against spam, automated abuse, and fraud; and
• meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or governance obligations.

Disclosure

We may disclose the information to Vibrez team members, advisers, service providers, hosting providers, database providers, email or agent-mail tooling, and professional advisers where needed for the purposes above. We do not sell the personal data submitted through this page.

Protection And Retention

We use access controls, encrypted managed infrastructure, and limited internal access to protect the information. We keep investor enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for fundraising, investor relations, legal, or record-keeping purposes, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.

Access, Correction, And Withdrawal

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent for future contact. Withdrawal may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry or continue investor discussions.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection for the transferred personal data.
